About HeatLit
HeatLit makes streetwear built to match your sneakers. Every piece is designed around one colourway, so the tee, hoodie or crewneck you pull on sits with what is on your feet instead of fighting it — head to toe, one palette.
What we make
Heavyweight tees, hoodies and crewnecks in colourway-matched palettes. We start from a sneaker colourway, pull the exact tones out of it, and build a garment around them — then put it in a collection named after that colourway so you can find the fit that goes with the pair you already own.
The catalogue is deliberately small. We would rather release a few pieces we are happy with and add to them than list hundreds of variations. New drops land regularly, and collections fill in as they do.
How ordering works
Everything is made to order. We do not hold stock in a warehouse — your garment is produced after you place the order, which is why we can offer a wide size range without printing thousands of units that end up as waste.
Production and shipping are handled by our fulfilment partner, Printful, which operates facilities in Europe (including Latvia and Spain), the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and Japan. Your order is routed to a facility that can serve your delivery address, so we cannot say in advance which one will make it — your parcel may ship from inside or outside your own country, and customs may apply if it crosses a border. Returns are handled at Printful's European returns address, listed in our Legal Notice.
Because each piece is made after you order, there is a short preparation window before your parcel ships, on top of normal delivery time. Both are set out honestly, per destination, in our Shipping Policy — please read it before ordering so the timeline is not a surprise.
Every order ships with tracking.
Who runs HeatLit
HeatLit is the online shop of Cruvio, an independent sole proprietorship (Einzelunternehmen) registered in Germany. It is run by one person — there is no team page here because there is no team, and no outside investors.
We are an online-only store with no walk-in location. Our full legal identity, business address and VAT identification number are published in our Impressum and Legal Notice, as German law requires.
Shipping and returns
We ship worldwide. Rates and delivery estimates are listed by destination in our Shipping Policy.
If something is wrong with your order, tell us — our Refund & Return Policy explains how returns work, and customers in the EU also have the statutory right of withdrawal set out in our Widerrufsbelehrung. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can route it correctly.
Talk to us
Email support@heatlit.com and a real person will answer within 1–2 business days. Support hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00 CET.
Questions about sizing, a colourway, an order or a return are all welcome. More ways to reach us are on our Contact page.
