Shipping Policy
HeatLit is an online-only store operated by Aimad Jaouhar – Cruvio, Kaiserslautern, Germany. Orders are produced and dispatched by our fulfilment partner, Printful, which operates facilities in Europe (including Latvia and Spain), the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and Japan. Each order is routed to a facility that can serve your delivery address, so we cannot say in advance which one will produce it — your parcel may ship from inside or outside your own country. Returns are handled at Printful's European returns address, listed in our Legal Notice.

Rates are shown in EUR. If your country uses another currency, the converted amount is shown at checkout. The rate you see at checkout is the rate you pay.
Processing and delivery times
Every order is prepared individually, so there is a short preparation period before it ships:
- Preparation: typically 2–5 business days
- Germany: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch
- European Union: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch
- United States: typically 3–6 business days after dispatch
- Rest of world: typically 7–20 business days after dispatch
These are estimates from our fulfilment partner, not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, customs or public holidays are outside our control.
Tracking
You receive a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking as soon as your parcel is dispatched. If you have not received tracking within 7 business days, contact us at support@heatlit.com.
Customs and import duties
Because each order is produced at whichever facility can serve your address, some parcels are shipped domestically and some cross a border. If your parcel enters your country from outside its customs territory, import duties, taxes or customs fees may be charged on arrival. These are set by the destination country, are the responsibility of the recipient, and are not included in the price you pay at checkout.
An order delivered within the EU from an EU facility, or within the United States from a US facility, is not subject to import duties. We cannot confirm in advance which case applies to a specific order.
Wrong or undeliverable addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped once the correct address is confirmed; the reshipping cost is charged again.
Damaged or missing parcels
If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, email support@heatlit.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will resolve it.
