Refund & Return Policy

Misprinted, damaged or wrong items

Because every item is made to order (print-on-demand), we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse beyond the statutory right of withdrawal below. However, if your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 30 days of delivery at cruvio.de@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a free replacement or a refund. This does not affect your statutory warranty rights.

Statutory right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you (or a third party you name, other than the carrier) take possession of the last goods.

To exercise it, inform us by a clear statement (e.g. a letter by post or an email):

Sending the notification before the period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline. You may use the model withdrawal form below (not mandatory).

Effects of withdrawal

We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (except extra costs from choosing a delivery type other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and within 14 days of the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We use the same means of payment as your original transaction; no fees are charged for the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of return, whichever is earlier.

Returning the goods

Because your item is produced by our fulfilment provider, please contact us first at cruvio.de@gmail.com to receive a return authorisation before sending anything back. Returns are sent to our fulfilment provider:

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and within 14 days of notifying us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14 days expire. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
